Cookie policy

This is a short page because there is very little to say. We use no advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can recognise your device later. Browser local and session storage do a similar job. The law treats all of them the same way: anything that is not strictly necessary needs your consent first.

2. Use of cookies on this website

Our own code on this website sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser local or session storage. There is no tag manager and there are no advertising or social media pixels.

3. Visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports how many pages were viewed and roughly where in the world from. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and does not build a fingerprint of your browser, so it cannot follow you between sites or recognise you when you come back. What we get is a count, not a trail. The privacy policy explains the legal side of it.

4. Waitlist form

When you submit your email address, the form sends it to our own backend. That request carries no cookies and stores none in return. What happens to the address afterwards is explained in the privacy policy.

Read the privacy policy.

5. Third-party services

We load code from one other company, Cloudflare, which already hosts this site: the analytics script described above, and Turnstile, a security check on the waitlist form that stops bots from signing up. Turnstile is used only to protect the form, not for advertising or analytics. We do not embed videos, maps, social media widgets, or fonts served by anyone else.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not stop you from reading this website.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever add something that needs cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent before it loads. Refusing will be as easy as accepting, nothing will be ticked for you in advance, and nothing will load until you have said yes.
